Blockle Exchange is a non-custodial, permissionless super-exchange. Every trade is an atomic cross-chain swap: you lock your leg, the counterparty locks theirs, you reveal the preimage to claim — or it refunds after the timelock. The relay only coordinates the hashlock and order book; it never holds funds or keys. Testnet/demo by default; the operator must obtain legal/compliance sign-off before enabling mainnet money paths.
